HSE University is ready to hold its seventh scholarship competition for this 2020/21 academic year. All prospective participants of the HSE Global Scholarship Competition - 2020 must register online in the period from May 20 to October 14, 2019. Participation is free.

You can take part in the Competition if you have graduated from a comprehensive school outside of Russia or are currently studying in an international college and are under 30 years of age. Foreign citizens residing in Russia and who are under 30 years old are also invited to take part in the Competition.
Participants of the Competition will be given an excellent chance to get an early admission and apply for scholarships and grants allowing them to get either a tuition waiver or a tuition fee discount. What is more, GSC results are valid for two years, which allows students to take a gap year being backed by the early admission.
The Competition will cover the following fields of HSE University's undergraduate programmes: English, Asian Studies, Design, Journalism, History (World History), Cultural Studies, Mathematics, Media Communications, International Relations, Law, Psychology, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Sciences (Person. Society. State), Modern Politics, Physics, Philology, and Philosophy. Please note that the competitions in the following subjects, namely Advertising and Public Relations, Design and Philology will be held in Russian only.
The Competition winners and laureates who apply for admission to study at HSE University in 2020 will be entitled to a full scholarship (within a quota) of the Russian Government to study on degree programmes of the Bachelor’s / Specialist level at HSE University, provided that they comply with application requirements.
The GSC-2020 outcomes shall be valid for admission at HSE University in the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 academic years.
If applying for HSE University by typical means, admission starts from November 1st.
International Study Tour in Fall Semester 2019/20 by HSE University
If though, the scholarship competition is not for you, but you still wish to discover Russia, then think about applying for the Study Tour Experience.
The Study Tour is designed for international students who either already have their Russian visas (and will be still valid by the end of the programme, i.e. February 9, 2020) or are already in Russia.
Study Tour Registration Period: October 1st – December 30th 2019
The Study Tour Experience is a unique worldwide project intended for undergraduates who are keen on finding new discoveries and ready for taking part in experiments, as well as willing to expand their horizons through new opportunities. This project offers a wide range of interdisciplinary courses with a particular focus on obtaining in-depth expertise in fields such as economics, international relations, business and management, law and finance, communications, design and computer sciences.
Undergraduate students in their third and fourth year of study, as well as university graduates, are invited to take part in the project.
